The series is based on a successful international format – “Los Roldan” – produced by Telefe (Argentina) in 2004.
Titi Prodan, a blue collar middle-aged man, truck driver, widower and father of four becomes the director of one of the largest companies in Romania overnight. The miracle takes place when Titi saves the life of Aurelia Petrovici, the owner of the company. Aurelia is an old woman with no heirs, suffering form a grave illness which made her decide to leave Bucharest for a medical treatment abroad. The reason for leaving her business in the hands of a stranger is that Titi and his family help her in a difficult moment of her life. She sees them as the family she always wanted, but never had. The Prodan family moves in one of the wealthiest residential zones in Bucharest and tries to adjust to the new lifestyle. This is the beginning of a totally new era for Titi’s family.
