She is Ema (Diana Dumitrescu) and he is Alex (Alexandru Papadopol). They're stepsiblings, but aren't in any way related by blood. They spent their childhood giving each other the hardest time possible and only caught up with each other years later, at their parents' funeral.
She's turned into a whimsical young lady as pretty as a supermodel, while he's a fussy, self-conscious fellow who's not entirely made of stone when it comes to the charms of the opposite sex. Although they're grown-ups now, they haven't put their minor differences from the past aside, so, when they finally meet, all hell breaks loose! The only thing that comforts both is the fact they'll never have to see each other again. Or, at least, this is what they think!
When they find out they're the sole inheritors of their parents' apartment, their first impulse is to sell it and split the money. But they both change their mind and start fighting with each other over the apartment, as neither one is willing to let go and give the other one satisfaction. And so they end up moving together; of course, each is secretly hoping that the other one will yield.
Will this be a standard war, in which one side wins and the other is defeated? Or will the two sides reach a truce and the lives of the collateral victims will be spared? One way or the other, one thing's for sure; the only rule in the battle of the sexes is: never underestimate your enemy!
