After returning from Nice, where he has found his long-time lost son, State, the flamboyant Gypsy, lets everyone know that he intends to leave his entire heritage to his son, Gabriel.
Although, State expects his life to enter a linear course, the things are far from being so.
Soon the scandals follow, first of all, because Minodora is jealous and envious of her new brother, whereas Stiven, unhappy that he's been left out after standing for years by State's side, designs a master plan to bring yet another pretender to his father-in-law's heritage.
On the other hand, there is Fabrizio, Don Tito's son and good friend of the late Don Luciano (character from Regina), who's been banished from the Mafia Family and who hopes to get control over State's business, thus buying his place into the Italian Family once again
In the war of the two families stand Gabriel, State's son, and Carla, Fabrizio's niece. Their love will have to overcome the hatred of the two families, as well as the secrets, intrigues and lies spread by both parts.
In the course, the couple will try to avoid the end of the famous and tragic Romeo and Juliette.
